Refund Policy
Return Window: 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us directly at info@legletic.com. Upon approval, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for the return shipment. Please note, returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Incorrect Items: Inspect your items upon arrival. For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately to address and rectify the issue.
Exchanges: Prefer an exchange? Simply return the original item per our return process and place a new order for the item you want instead.
Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll communicate the outcome of your refund request. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 Days. Keep in mind, processing times can vary by bank or credit card issuer.
